Job Summary

As Marketing Specialist, Emailing, for the French Market your role is to manage some of Powerspace’s actual clients campaigns on our Publisher Network. You have to effectively plan your clients' campaigns negotiating with our network of CPM and Performance publishers in order to reach and exceed your monthly and quarterly revenue and profitability goals. Campaign analysis and performance improvement is a Key part of your job. You have to constantly monitor results, identify potential problems, and find new creative / innovative way to increase overall campaign performances in order to grow the Return on Investment and consolidate Powerspace competitive advantage.

Main Responsibilites :

- Account Management: plan, negotiate and execute your clients' campaigns on our Publisher network, meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals, manage trafficking process, mentor more junior co-workers, implement new client campaigns

- Media Buying and Publisher Management: develop business relationships with existing partners & implement new publishers, re-negotiate contracts and Insertion orders on a regular basis, maximize volume for each publisher while maintaining cost-efficiency, manage invoicing processes

- Performance optimization : monitor & analysis campaign metrics, regularly come out with new ideas and innovations (creative, copywriting, landing page, targeting, technical improvement…) in order to increase your Email Marketing campaigns' response and ROI. Monitor campaign metrics taking into account your clients' goals (AOV, New client Rate…)

- Lead Generation: search and identify new high potential publishers - Industry market benchmark

Profil

Experience and Skills

Background and Knowledge
- Business / Marketing / Computer science Educational, preferably Master
- 2 to 4 year successful experience in Online Marketing, Email Marketing or Direct Marketing, you have operationally managed campaigns
- Comfortable with campaign tracking, metrics & maths (eCPC, CTR%, CR%…) - French Native, Fluent in English (mandatory), Spanish is a +
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- HTML and Internet tools knowledge and interest
