Job Summary
As Business Development Manager for the French market you role is to generate additional revenue by selling our Advertising solutions to new high potential Clients on both Email Marketing and Display Advertising channels. You are also in charge of recruiting new profitable Publishers in order to grow our advertising partner network. You will have to build and organize a team of Business Developers, set-up and optimize processes, tools and sales materials in order to maximize your team efficiency on a ongoing basis.
Main Responsibilites :
- Client Business Development : for each of our Advertising Products, search, identify, target, contact, initiate sales process and close mid/long term profitable deals with new Advertisers
- Publisher Business Development & Media Buying : grow our Publisher Network and Inventory by identifying, contacting, negotiating, and closing deals with new Publishers
- Team Management : build and manage a team of 1-3 business developers, set-up goals, create and optimize processes, tools and sales materials, improve negotiation skills, manage smooth and efficient relationships with the Client Management department

Background and Knowledge
- Business / Management superior Education Background
- 5 to 8 years successful experience in Sales or Business Development in a Online Marketing company - Strong interest in the Internet Advertising Industry
- Team management and recruiting experience
- French Market Knowledge and Good networking skills
- French Native, Perfectly Fluent in English (mandatory), Spanish is a +
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Good operational Skills, you know how to get things done
